Pic: Ebenezer Obey and King Sunny Ade from the 70s
Checkout this throwback picture of juju legendary musicians, Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey, and King Sunny Ade from the 70s. I was just discussing with my dad, and he told me Sunny had his hit song in 1967 (a song for Stationary Stores football club), and Obey had his first hit song in 1965. He didn't remember their titles, but sang them for me. This means these men have been singing for like 50 years now. Whoa!

Pic: Peter Okoye (P Square) in the Studio
Since the separation of P Square, both parties (Peter and Paul) have been putting in a lot of work individually to show the world that they can excel as solo artists. Of cos they would still be booked as P Square to perform their old songs, but right now, they are developing their solo careers. This is a picture of Peter Okoye (one half of P Square), who now goes by the name, Mr. P, in the studio.

Pic: Del B and Def Loaf in a Boutique
Checkout this picture of Nigerian record producer, Del B (Ayodele Basel), and American female rapper, Dej Loaf in a boutique. Naija artists doing international things. I wonder what Del B is doing in a female boutique though. For those that don't know, Del B produced hit songs like D Banj's Why Me, KCee's Limpopo, and Wizkid's On top Your Matter.
